Sunset Whisper House is the part  of a brand-new complex of three holiday homes in a very privileged location in Agios Georgios, offering magnificent views of the entire surrounding area while still being close to all the action.

The home features three bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, a large kitchen and indoor living room, and of course a very spacious outdoor terrace and private pool. The design is simple and tasteful, and every comfort has been thought of to enhance the guest’s stay.

An additional room with en suite bathroom with a separate entrance is available to rent for guests travelling with staff/nanny

2026 Rates

  • € 825 per night (May 23 - Jun 13 / Sep 12 - Oct 3)

  • € 1,075 per night (Jun 13 - Jul 4 / Aug 29 - Sep 12)

  • € 1,350 per night (Jul 4 - Aug 8 / Aug 22- Aug 29)

  • € 1,500 per night (Aug 8- Aug 22)

Rates include VAT and municipal tax | 4x nights minimum stay

  • 20% refundable deposit to confirm the booking

  • Credit card details to confirm the booking

  • Full payment due 90 days prior to arrival date

  • 60-days cancellation policy (full refund)

  • €120 check-out cleaning fee (charged on top of rate)

  • Climate Resilience Fee of €15/night (charged on top of rate)

  • 3% processing fee (charged on top if payment is by credit card)

  • Security deposit of €500 will be pre-authorised upon arrival
